With meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, she ensures every project runs smoothly and supports Dustin in delivering a seamless, high-end building experience from concept to completion.

Shawn oversees all permitting and regulatory approvals for Next Build LLC, ensuring every project meets local requirements seamlessly. With deep knowledge of Florida’s permitting process and a commitment to precision, he is also our Project Manager, taking a hands-on role in coordinating construction and supporting a smooth, high-end building experience for every client.
